GENERAL TERMS

By accessing and placing an order with CoreSeal Commercial Inlay System (“CoreSeal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and CoreSeal.

Under no circumstance shall CoreSeal be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, property damage, or personal injury arising from the use or misuse of our products, including installation materials and adhesives.

You acknowledge that installation of bathtub or shower inlay systems involves tools, surface preparation, adhesives, and environmental variables beyond our control. Proper installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or installer.

We reserve the right to change prices, policies, and product specifications at any time without prior notice.

DEFINITIONS

Company – Refers to CoreSeal Commercial Inlay System, operated by Bath Bonds LLC, located at 7901 4th St N, STE 400, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States.

Product(s) – Refers to CoreSeal inlays, inserts, adhesives (Part A & Part B), installation kits, and related materials.

Customer – Any business entity, contractor, property manager, hotel operator, or individual purchasing CoreSeal products.

Website – The CoreSeal website located at [Insert CoreSeal URL].

PRODUCT USE & INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

CoreSeal products are intended for professional or qualified installer use. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge:

  • You understand installation requires proper surface preparation and adhesive application.

  • You assume full responsibility for installation outcomes.

  • Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, substrate condition) affect results.

  • Improper installation voids any implied warranty.

CoreSeal is not responsible for:

  • Structural substrate failures

  • Improper surface preparation

  • Water intrusion issues unrelated to the inlay

  • Installer error

  • Labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to pricing errors or product availability.

Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping charges, and third-party payment processing fees.

SHIPPING

Shipping timelines are estimates only. CoreSeal is not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss transfers to Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom-fit and adhesive nature of our products:

  • Custom-cut or oversized inlays are non-refundable.

  • Adhesives (Part A & Part B) are non-returnable once shipped.

  • Returns must be approved in writing prior to shipment back to us.

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All product designs, installation guides, images, branding, and content are the intellectual property of CoreSeal and may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSeal’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall CoreSeal be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business revenue

  • Property damage

  • Personal injury

  • Labor costs

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

NO WARRANTIES

All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Implied warranty of merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee compatibility with all tub substrates, coatings, or refinished surfaces.

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CoreSeal, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Improper installation

  • Misuse of products

  • Violation of laws or regulations

  • Third-party claims resulting from Customer’s work

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Florida.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
